Role Overview :

As a Host / Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and managing seating to provide a seamless experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally.
  • Enforce 100% ID check at the door.
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-ins efficiently.
  • Coordinate seating to optimize guest satisfaction and bar flow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
  • Assist Front of House staff with table maintenance when possible.
  • Communicate wait times and accommodate special requests.
  • Assist with phones and guest inquiries as needed.

Qualifications :

  • At least one year previous experience in hospitality required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Candidates must be 21+ years of age.
