- Doctoral degree in Psychology.
- Licensed Psychologist by the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board.
- Knowledge of DSM diagnostic standards, evidence-based treatment, and correctional mental health practices.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Conduct psychological assessments, testing, and risk evaluations.
- Provide mental health treatment, monitoring, and crisis intervention.
- Determine placement or removal from observation or restraint status.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with DOC staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
