Entry Level Accounting

Are you a recent college graduate eager to start your career in accounting and gain valuable experience? Our client, a growing company in Orange County, is looking for a motivated entry-level professional to join their team. This role offers the perfect opportunity to develop your skills in both accounting and administrative functions.

What You’ll Do :

Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries

Prepare and maintain financial reports and reconciliations

Support month-end and year-end close processes

Help maintain accurate and organized financial records

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy

Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points For :

Internship or part-time experience in accounting or finance

Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or other accounting software
