Role Overview :
As Director of Performance & Insights, you will engage directly with Roundel’s most important clients to review media investments, identify optimization opportunities, bring innovation, and elevate their understanding of the Target guest.
Responsibilities :
Lead a team of analysts to deliver impactful media performance reviews consistently across clients.
Codify best practices, gather customer voice, and produce case studies to raise the bar.
Elevate the team’s analytical and consulting acumen.
Manage, coach, and develop team members through clear expectations, goal setting, and performance management.
Drive transformation in business processes to unlock benefits from technology and automation.
Collaborate with partners from Sales, Client Management, Product, and Target in India to foster a one‑team culture.
Lead work streams and decision making with a general‑manager mindset.
Support leadership in developing and executing long‑term strategic plans.
Qualifications :
4‑year college degree required; post‑graduate degree / MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in Insights & Analytics leadership roles within the media industry or a top management consulting firm.
5+ years of direct client‑consulting experience.
5+ years of people‑management experience, including managing leaders.
Strong analytical and critical‑thinking ability.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Client‑first mindset, self‑starting, and proactive collaboration.
Ability to operate seamlessly in a matrixed environment.
Work Arrangement :
This position may be considered for Remote or Hybrid (Flex for Your Day) work arrangements based on Target’s needs. Remote work means the team member works full‑time from home or an alternate location that is not a Target location; Hybrid means the core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location, depending on daily requirements. Work duties cannot be performed outside the country of the primary work location unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
