Local Caseload :  Serve families in and around Newark, NJ.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct, one on one ABA therapy to children with autism in their home.

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.

Accurately collect and record data on patient progress during each session.

Use evidence based ABA techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Work on skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction protocols as directed.

Foster a positive, motivating, and fun learning environment for clients.

Work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to support skill generalization.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications) :

Experience working with children (e.g., as a Behavior Technician, Paraprofessional, Caregiver, Tutor, or in a similar role).

Availability to work weekday after school hours

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for travel to client homes.

A compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.

Willingness to undergo training and implement ABA principles with fidelity.
