Position Title : Director, Community Relations

Position Summary

We're looking for a talented, proactive professional to lead and grow two of Finseca's key communities. As Director of Community Relations, you'll drive membership expansion by pursuing new members, building strategic partnerships, and boosting engagement to reach new heights. This role suits a smart, ambitious individual eager to blend sales savvy with volunteer leadership, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and hit growth goals. Core Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead community growth strategies, including recruiting new members, forming partnerships, promoting benefits, and driving cross-platform engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine value propositions, strengthen messaging, and support membership pipelines and onboarding for immediate impact.
  • Deliver data-driven reports and presentations to highlight successes, guide strategies, and engage stakeholders.
  • Partner with leadership and committees to align budgets with growth objectives, ensuring efficient resource use.
  • Act as liaison for Community Boards and Committees, managing communications, agendas, strategic planning, and discussions to foster innovation and momentum.
  • Oversee awards programs, from development to recognition, coordinating with teams to promote excellence and attract talent.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years in sales, community building, or association growth, with a track record of achieving membership goals through proactive strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills to engage and persuade.
  • Experience planning successful events, including speakers, sponsors, and logistics.
