As Director of Community Relations, you'll drive membership expansion by pursuing new members, building strategic partnerships, and boosting engagement to reach new heights. This role suits a smart, ambitious individual eager to blend sales savvy with volunteer leadership, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and hit growth goals. Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead community growth strategies, including recruiting new members, forming partnerships, promoting benefits, and driving cross-platform engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine value propositions, strengthen messaging, and support membership pipelines and onboarding for immediate impact.
• Deliver data-driven reports and presentations to highlight successes, guide strategies, and engage stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership and committees to align budgets with growth objectives, ensuring efficient resource use.
• Act as liaison for Community Boards and Committees, managing communications, agendas, strategic planning, and discussions to foster innovation and momentum.
• Oversee awards programs, from development to recognition, coordinating with teams to promote excellence and attract talent.
