Your Mission
As our Chief Medical Officer , you’ll build the medical foundation of Dots — defining the standards, ethics, and safety systems that make our GLP-1 care both trusted and scalable.
You’ll help hundreds of thousands safely access GLP-1 medications and supportive products, turning cutting-edge science into accessible, evidence-based care that improves real lives.

What you'll own
Clinical voice of the brand — Serve as the medical conscience and trusted voice behind everything we say and do. Represent Dots with clarity, empathy, and rigor. The CEO will lead most press / media appearances, but you’ll provide the scientific grounding and credibility.Guidance for new initiatives — Bring rigorous medical judgment to new product and program development. Ensure every launch advances long-term, sustainable health outcomes for our users.In app medical and lifestyle info — Review and guide all in-app medical and health related goals, targets, graphs to ensure accuracy for users.Clinical strategy and protocols — Collaborate closely with our provider network partners to define, review, and continually refine prescribing frameworks, titration protocols, and refill practices for GLP-1 medications.Outcomes and evidence — Shape how we measure clinical success — from adherence to refill safety — and help guide early outcomes research that demonstrates the impact of our care.What We’re Looking For
MD or DO , board-certified in endocrinology, obesity medicine, internal medicine, or a related field.10+ years of clinical experience in obesity, metabolic health, or related specialties.Clear, demonstrated expertise and enthusiasm for GLP-1 medications and their clinical applications.Exceptional communicator — able to translate complex science into simple, trustworthy, human language for both patients and cross-functional teams.Integrity and pragmatism — you balance patient safety, compliance, and business goals with calm, evidence-based judgment.Bonus Points
Prior experience as a fractional or advisory CMO .Previous startup or early-stage company experience.Experience talking to camera or strong social media presence.About us
