The Company is in search of a visionary and experienced Vice President of Design to spearhead its global creative direction. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the brand's visual identity, product design, and seasonal storytelling across diverse categories and regions. This leadership role demands a deep design expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate within a fast-moving, matrixed global organization. The VP of Design will be tasked with developing and driving the global creative vision, ensuring best-in-class product design that is performance-driven, culturally relevant, and aligned with the brand's DNA. Applicants for the Vice President of Design position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in design and creative leadership roles within global consumer brands, with a preference for those with a background in performance fashion, activewear, lifestyle, or related industries. The role requires a proven track record in delivering both creative vision and commercial impact, as well as a strong understanding of global markets and consumer segmentation.
