ICU RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience

BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)

Flu vaccine required

Ability to pass background checks and healthcare screenings (MMR, TB, Fit Test, etc.)

Strong clinical skills and adaptability in acute care and critical care environments

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU

Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress in acute care settings

Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions as prescribed

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery processes

Participate in day / night and weekend shift rotations as scheduled
