Operations and Systems Manager

Our client, a fast-growing, mid-size manufacturing organization based in San Francisco, is seeking a high-potential Operations Manager to join its team. This company operates in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where adaptability, initiative, and a willingness to learn are key to success.

The Operations Manager will play a vital role in supporting and improving day-to-day production operations, while also contributing to the implementation and adoption of new systems and technologies across the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily production operations to ensure efficiency and product quality
• Assist with the evaluation, integration, and ongoing improvement of internal IT systems (e.g., ERP, inventory, and order management systems)
• Track and analyze key operational metrics to support data-informed decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership, product, and engineering, to align operations with business objectives
• Identify process inefficiencies and assist in implementing solutions that enhance workflow and productivity
• Contribute to inventory management, logistics coordination, and fulfillment processes as needed
• Take a hands-on approach to addressing operational challenges and continuous improvement efforts
