Base Pay Range

260,000.00 / yr – $420,000.00 / yr

About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified associate to join the Emerging Companies & Growth Practice. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment and wants to work with some of the most innovative companies and investors in the market.

Responsibilities

Advise emerging growth companies and investors on formation, financing, and strategic transactions.

Lead and support venture capital financings, corporate governance matters, and liquidity events.

Collaborate across practice groups to deliver integrated solutions for complex challenges.

Build and maintain strong client relationships within the innovation economy.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in emerging growth companies, public companies, and / or capital markets.

Strong academic credentials and a track record of excellence in corporate advisory work.

Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Must be admitted to practice in California.
