Interim Director Cath & Ep Lab
The Position
An Interim Director Cath & Ep Lab is needed to lead the catheterization and electrophysiology lab operations within a comprehensive cardiovascular program. Key responsibilities include directing and coordinating departmental activities, implementing process improvements to enhance safety and quality outcomes, managing staffing around the clock, and collaborating with administration and medical directors to drive growth and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cath and Ep lab management, the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a proactive, quality-driven approach. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- BSN required.
- Active RN license required.
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in cath and / or Ep lab settings, including leadership or supervisory experience in a complex cardiovascular environment.

Compensation Range : $165,000 to $175,000 annually.The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.Interim Leadership with B.E.
