Greet customers, perform vehicle intake, and document service and repair needs accuratelyCommunicate technical recommendations and upsell additional services when appropriateBuild value in Lincoln OEM maintenance schedules and service plansCoordinate workflow with technicians to ensure on-time, high-quality repairsMaintain exceptional CSI scores through clear communication and follow-upPresent repair orders, secure approvals, and manage the full repair lifecycleEnsure all work meets Lincoln and dealership quality standardsQualifications :
Automotive Service Advisor experience required (Lincoln, Ford, or other luxury brand experience is a plus)Knowledge of DMS platforms (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or XTime)Excellent communication, sales, and organizational skillsHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focusValid driver's license with a good driving recordWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
