Automotive Service Advisor Experience Required.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet customers, perform vehicle intake, and document service and repair needs accurately
  • Communicate technical recommendations and upsell additional services when appropriate
  • Build value in Lincoln OEM maintenance schedules and service plans
  • Coordinate workflow with technicians to ensure on-time, high-quality repairs
  • Maintain exceptional CSI scores through clear communication and follow-up
  • Present repair orders, secure approvals, and manage the full repair lifecycle
  • Ensure all work meets Lincoln and dealership quality standards

    • Qualifications :

  • Automotive Service Advisor experience required (Lincoln, Ford, or other luxury brand experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of DMS platforms (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or XTime)
  • Excellent communication, sales, and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
