Duties, Responsibilities & Other

As Technical Lead 8, you will play a critical part in both team dynamics and technical leadership. Your responsibilities encompass fostering a collaborative environment, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and driving project success.

Your key responsibilities include :

Assume a portion of the outside development functions for succession planning for the VP of Development.

• Capture work related to expansion of OSP or Wireless Services in the energy / utility markets
• Engage with current Construction Services leadership to explore alternative revenue models with the existing infrastructure of energy or other private owners.
• Support the power utility initiative with planning, M&A support, and client engagement in year 1 (2026).
