We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Artist to support our Marketing team in creating high-quality print and digital advertisements, visual merchandising materials, and corporate collateral. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in photo editing, layout design, and color correction and the ability to manage multiple projects. A deep understanding of branding, composition, and design principles and the ability to execute creative work that reflects our brand’s values is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare print and digital advertisements, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to lay out copy, brand elements, and images for various campaigns.
• Edit and retouch photography using Adobe Suite and Capture One for color correction and enhancement.
• Maintain and organize past advertisements, product photography, and all marketing collateral for easy access and reference.
• Collaborate with the corporate team on mockups for new store signage, packaging, and print collateral.
• Support the Visual Merchandising team by ensuring accurate representation of brand visuals in stores.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while upholding design quality.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with the brand’s identity, which embodies bright, beautiful, heartfelt qualities and the essence of Hawai ʻ i.
• Apply a strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and layout principles.
• Assist in basic web and HTML-related tasks as needed.
• Utilize knowledge of photography and video to support the creation of visual content.
