Job descriptionApartment Maintenance experience a must. Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills. Must have a reliable transportation. Must have your own tools. Must have EPA and HVAC certifications. Upon a conditional offer, background check. Excellent health benefits package. Room for advancement. Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- Completion of resident work orders.
- Apartment Turnovers.
- Emergency on-call maintenance after hours.
- Snow Removal.
- Follow safety procedures while performing duties.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
This position will be floating between Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Cecil County.
