Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Join a reputable hospital in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist on a 13-week travel contract. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated cardiology team providing diagnostic and interventional procedures that make a lasting impact on patient outcomes.

Assignment Details :

Location : Lynchburg, VA

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Schedule : 4x9-hour day shifts (36 hours per week total)

Department : Cardiac Cath Lab

Required Certifications : ARRT or RCIS, BLS (AHA)

Preferred Experience : 2+ years in a high-volume cath lab; proficiency with hemodynamic monitoring and assisting with interventions

Responsibilities :

Prepare and operate imaging equipment during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures

Monitor patient vitals and hemodynamics throughout the procedure

Assist physicians with catheter insertions, stent placements, and other cardiovascular interventions

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
