Senior Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - Accelerated Compute Memory Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a team delivering ingestion, retrieval, and inference layers for mission-critical deployments

Architect and deliver horizontally scalable, fault-tolerant systems for handling billions of documents

Oversee design and optimization of LLM-driven data ingestion and retrieval workflows

Required Qualifications

10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in management roles in large-scale AI / ML systems

Expert-level proficiency in Python and Golang, with experience in building production distributed systems

Experience with orchestration frameworks and proficiency with vector databases

In-depth knowledge of scalable distributed architectures and high-performance compute systems

Familiarity with cloud platforms and HPC cluster management software
