Role Overview
As an Aspiring RN Technician, you will perform nursing functions aligned with your current education and verified competencies. Responsibilities include assisting with medication administration (excluding chemotherapy, IV medications, and scheduled drugs), practicing the 8 rights of medication administration, monitoring patient responses, and promptly reporting to supervising nurses. You will support patient care by assisting with activities of daily living, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and dignity, and helping with documentation and communication within the care team.
