As a member of our Pre-Sales Solutions Architect team, you will play a crucial role in bringing our innovative tools to market, addressing the challenges of data publishing, consumption, governance, and infrastructure management.

Trusted Advisor : Be at the forefront of addressing our customers' technical, product, and security needs.

Customer Ambassador : Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are represented in all discussions.

Thought Leadership : Build and share innovative ideas and insights based on research and customer experiences.

Subject Matter Expert : Develop deep expertise in our products and technology domains to expertly advise customers and identify improvement opportunities.

Pre-Sales & Post-Sales : Engage with customers during pre-sales and respond to unique requests post-sales to enhance their experience.

Solution Oriented : Use creativity and skills to find solutions that address every customer need.

Channel Partnership : Collaborate closely with sales engineers and partners to develop joint strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and nurture relationships by understanding customer pain points and desired outcomes.

Advocate for customer needs to shape product roadmaps and enhance their overall experience.

Manage customer activities, identifying risks and opportunities for business growth.

Lead vital processes related to customer technical needs and feedback.

Serve as a key knowledge resource and point of contact for complex customer inquiries.

Successfully navigate complex situations and develop solutions to drive business growth.

Lead cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals related to customer solutions and product development.

Ensure customer satisfaction through data-driven and proactive solutions.

Continuously challenge the status quo, proposing innovative solutions and strategies.

Conduct regular check-ins with customers to verify product fit and explore enhancement opportunities.

Establish and maintain comprehensive technical support procedures and policies.

Build trust and credibility within the team and with external clients.

Drive architecture and design reviews focused on customer requirements.

Analyze and document requirements for data workflows and system environments.

Collaborate with various teams to prioritize technical and functional needs of systems.

Stay updated on emerging technologies to evaluate potential benefits for customers.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or Military experience.

At least 4 years of design, implementation, or consulting experience with distributed applications.

At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and Data Security.

At least 3 years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Preferred Qualifications :

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.

Demonstrated working knowledge of Kubernetes.

Excellent presentation skills with comfort engaging executives and IT management.

Strong communication skills across internal and external organizations.

Understanding of API design and integration.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Experience in software development or internet-related industries.

Proven history of successful technical consulting and / or architecture engagements with large customers.

Familiarity with B2B sales processes and client relationship management.

Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO) and cryptography methodologies.

Understanding of tokenization and data security technologies.

Note : Capital One is unable to sponsor new applicants for employment authorization for this position. This role offers an annual salary range of $204,900 - $233,800, depending on location, and is eligible for performance-based incentives, including cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
