Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An excellent opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher to support students during the school year in Burbank, CA. This full-time contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive educational environment with multiple caseload openings. The position starts ASAP, with potential for contract renewal in the following school year.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver individualized instruction tailored to students with special needs.
Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs).
Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to support student success.
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate records and comply with state regulations.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree preferred.

Valid Special Education Teaching Credential for California is required.

Must be vaccinated in compliance with health protocols.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience managing diverse caseloads preferred.

Location :

Burbank, California within the Los Angeles metropolitan area.

Employment Details :

Full-time contract position (35+ hours per week).
