Community Outreach Representative – Entry-Level

We’re hiring a  Community Outreach Representative  to join our growing team and support meaningful nonprofit causes through face-to-face community engagement .

In this entry-level role, you’ll be the public face of respected nonprofit organizations , educating, inspiring, and mobilizing the community around important missions.

What You’ll Do Represent nonprofit partners at community events, outreach sites, and public activations Engage the public through one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and encourage support Clearly communicate nonprofit missions, values, and initiatives Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fundraising and outreach goals Assist with event setup, teardown, and managing outreach displays Track community interactions and gather feedback to optimize campaigns Participate in team meetings and training focused on communication, leadership, and advocacy Who We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Genuine passion for social impact and helping others Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and collaboratively Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn High school diploma or equivalent ( some college is a plus ) 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
