Kitchen Manager Compensation & Benefits

Salary : $55,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)

What You’ll Do as Kitchen Manager

• Lead daily BOH operations : prep, line execution, food safety, sanitation, and shift routines
• Coach, schedule, and develop kitchen teams while maintaining morale and efficiency
• Manage quality, ticket times, and coordination with FOH during service
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control (waste, yield, portioning)
• Cross-train into FOH operations : guest experience, service standards, and to-go excellence
