What Youll Do :

  • Provide one-on-one care and encouragement to patients in their homes.
  • Create personalized treatment plans that help people reach their goals.
  • Work closely with doctors, families, and our supportive in-house team to make sure patients get the best care possible.

  • A Physical Therapist licensed in New York (or eligible).
