This specialized unit provides advanced care for critically ill and premature newborns, offering a collaborative environment where nurses are empowered to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our tiniest patients and their families.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to neonates requiring intensive monitoring and treatment.\n
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.\n
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support equipment.\n
  • Provide emotional support and education to families during their NICU journey.\n
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and infection control standards.\n\nQualifications\n
  • Current RN license in the state of Georgia\n
  • Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience preferred\n
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.\n
