Job Title : Construction Client Service Specialist Senior

The Construction Client Service Specialist Senior provides expert loan administration in support of the most complex credits and relationships in assigned Construction Lending administration team. Duties include serving as an admin team liaison between operations and the CP team, vetting new builder applications for review / approval prior to loan applications, obtaining and analyzing builder information necessary to satisfy HNB builder acceptance and approval risk requirements, identifying risks and exceptions, monitoring contractual requirements, resolving and communicating material issues associated with assigned loans, solving problems and resolving issues while maintaining positive communications and relationships, initiating builder contact upon receipt of acceptance package and reviewing one on one with builder the Huntington Bank Construction policies after closing but before draw period begins, creating database for builder information and updating builder profile yearly, maintaining builder scorecard outlining number of approved projects, percentage of on time completion, and determination of builder worthiness, and may act as a team leader and mentor CPA loan administrators. Other duties as assigned.

Basic qualifications include a bachelor's degree and at least five years of credit experience. Preferred qualifications include experience analyzing data to formulate decisions, excellence in customer service, highly motivated, focused and goal oriented, strong mathematic, analytic, and organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up, ability to work independently on multiple tasks without compromising quality, excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor, and experience working with construction loans. Must be available to work 8 am to 5 pm Central Time and / or Mountain Time.
