Our Colorado teams are expanding their Building Automation and Controls capabilities to support integrated HVAC, energy efficiency, and smart building initiatives across the Front Range.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Building Automation Systems (BAS) Engineer / Programmer to support the design, programming, commissioning, and optimization of building automation and controls systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on controls professional who enjoys full-cycle project involvement—from programming and startup through troubleshooting and customer support.

Niagara N4 certification and full BAS software programming experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, configure, and commission BAS platforms (Niagara N4 preferred)
• Develop and modify control logic, graphics, sequences, and system integrations
• Support HVAC, mechanical, and energy systems including VAV, RTUs, AHUs, boilers, chillers, and central plants
• Perform system startup, point-to-point checkout, functional testing, and commissioning support
• Troubleshoot BAS software, network, and field device issues
• Collaborate with project managers, field technicians, and customers to deliver successful projects
• Provide documentation, as-builts, and client training as needed
• Support retrofit, service, and new construction projects across the Denver metro area

Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
