The Denver Athletic Club of Denver, CO is seeking to hire a part-time Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping members who want to improve their fitness level or members who are looking to get in shape for the first time. Personal Trainers are paid a base rate of $18.81 an hour for floor shifts. Commission is paid for personal training sessions. We also offer PTO immediately upon hire, a free shift meal, a discounted bus pass, access to our state-of-the-art fitness center, and a 20% discount in the salon, snack bar, laser spa, and on apparel. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PERSONAL TRAINER

As a Personal Trainer, you excitedly approach all aspects of fitness with a positive attitude and encouragement. With your stellar interpersonal skills, you develop meaningful relationships while providing personal training for those who want to increase their fitness abilities as well as those who are looking to start their fitness journey. You bring high energy and the passion to motivate to every training session which allows you to help your clients become a stronger and healthier version of themselves.

In addition to training clients, you also have floor hours where you assist members as they exercise independently. You are our members' go-to when they have questions about equipment or exercise routines. Working on the main floor, you have the opportunity to meet potential clients and build your client base. It is rewarding to play an important role in improving the lives of those you train.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• CPR / First Aid / AED Certified
• Personal training certificate
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
