ProCraft Restoration Group is on a mission to serve 35,000 homeowners by Dec 31, 2032. We’re a 60-person, fast-moving team doing $20M+ annually—and we only hire people who take extreme ownership and win. If that’s you, read on. If not, keep scrolling.
What you’ll do
- Close qualified homeowner in-person
- Enroll homeowners into maintenance program.
- Rekindle old leads.
- Drive Speed-to-Cash : move deals to funded jobs fast.
- Run the system : proven scripts, objection handling, and process. Execute and win.
