Location : Tyler, TX – East Texas area

Compensation : $55,000 – $60,000 annually + Commission / Bonus

Schedule : Full-time (occasional Saturdays)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to oversee daily operations for our established med spa and wellness center in the Tyler, TX area. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys managing both the business and people side of a service-driven practice while ensuring a positive, high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including HR, payroll, accounts payable, and product inventory
• Ensure office protocols and policies are consistently followed
• Manage ordering, vendor relationships, and stock control
• Monitor and meet performance goals, including cost control and revenue growth
• Support and lead team members to maintain a professional, welcoming environment
