National Trade Productions, Inc., a long-standing leader in the trade show industry, is seeking a part-time Senior Staff Accountant

to support the Controller with core accounting functions and financial reporting.

This mid-level role includes general ledger maintenance, monthly financial statement preparation, budget tracking, and report analysis. The ideal candidate is experienced in accounting systems and Excel, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements
• Maintain and monitor general ledger activity
• Assist in budget preparation and reviews
• Generate and analyze financial reports
• Support collections and accounts receivable functions
