Overview

Software / Web Developer with Security Clearance at Radiance Technologies. The role focuses on maintaining applications, Platform as a Service (PaaS), and support services, while identifying future capability needs and improving sustainment and development of underlying technology.

Responsibilities

  • Support software and web architecture development, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation, selection and evaluation of COTS / GOTS tools, and integration with new systems
  • Interact with customers and development team to gather and define requirements
  • Maintain and operate a scalable, reliable, and efficient Platform as a Service (PaaS)
  • Analyze customer requirements to determine appropriate software and web technologies
  • Design, create, test, and maintain software and web applications and content solutions
  • Follow a formal design process and adhere to laws, standards, and guidelines
  • Coordinate creation and collection of technology components and integrate them into site design
  • Design and develop visually appealing, content-rich, user-friendly interfaces
  • Develop and maintain software / web development documentation
  • Provide software process management and configuration management throughout the lifecycle
  • Participate in developing and delivering training as requested by the government
  • Participate in DevSecOps processes
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend technical improvements
  • Support and troubleshoot scripts in Python and Bash
  • Implement security measures, including access controls and encryption
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams
  • Collaborate to streamline software delivery processes and align improvements with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

  • Must meet one of the following : High School Diploma / GED with 12+ years of experience; Associate's degree with 10+ years; Bachelor's degree with 8+ years; Master's degree with 6+ years; PhD with 4+ years
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • Ability to obtain a CI Polygraph
  • Possess and maintain IAT Level II Certification (Security+)

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science and 8 years of work experience

  • Knowledge of containerization, orchestration, and CI / CD pipelines
  • Experience with VS Code and GitLab
  • Experience using Angular, NodeJS, and Linux CLI
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
