In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving performance across Enspire for Enterprise's Digital Advertising and SEO product lines. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in strategic account management, leading to high client retention, product adoption, and revenue growth. You will proactively engage with franchise customers, providing strategic guidance, performance insights, training, and problem-solving expertise. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Performance, and Leadership teams to maximize client success. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for digital marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Digital Strategy & Performance Optimization

• Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals.
• Create and implement data-driven digital strategies (SEO, Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Social Advertising) that align with client objectives.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance results.
• Act as a trusted consultant and advisor, helping clients maximize their digital marketing ROI.
