Overview

Closing Shift Managers are in control of all aspects of the customer experience during the evening time.

All Shift Managers start at a minimum of $14.50 but may increase based on a variety of factors including previous management experience and availability. Some positions may reach $16 after certification / experience.

We are an 18-restaurant franchise organization with approximately 800 employees in our restaurants and home office. We are a family owned and operated business with long-term leaders who began as first-job employees and progressed into greater responsibilities.

As a Shift Manager, You May Be Responsible For

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We're looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast-paced McDonald's environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
