We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager / Estimator to lead our estimating and project management efforts for minor site development projects. This role will involve overseeing excavation packages, site utilities, grading, and concrete flatwork while collaborating with leadership to refine organizational processes. You will manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships, provide mentorship to junior team members, and contribute to strategic planning and business development in our new vertical.

Responsibilities :

• Estimate and manage projects related to site development.
• Oversee excavation, site utilities, grading, and concrete flatwork.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance organizational processes.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pegram, TN.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
