Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Location : Sussex, WI

Schedule : Sunday-Thursday, 3rd Shift | Full-Time

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee our Converting operations on 3rd shift. This is a key leadership role focused on driving safety, quality, and productivity while developing a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Converting production area, including :

• Leading and coaching a team of production employees
• Planning daily work schedules and allocating tasks
• Monitoring performance and conducting reviews
• Driving employee engagement and development
• Ensuring safety standards are met through inspections and training
• Managing production flow to meet customer expectations
• Collaborating across departments to meet plant goals
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality
