Senior Healthcare Analytics Advisor

A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Analytics Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct advanced data analysis to support employer and consulting initiatives, identifying key trends and opportunities for improvement

Develop complex reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate analytical findings to internal teams and external clients

Collaborate with the Director, Employer and Consulting Services, to refine and enhance employer-based analytics strategies

Required Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare analytics, benefits consulting, or related field

Proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL, Python, R, or other analytics software

Experience working with healthcare claims data, employer benefits analytics, and population health improvement strategies

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Analytics, Public Health, Business, or a related field; or 4 years of experience related to healthcare analytics and / or employer consulting
