Client Consultant

DM Payroll Solutions has been streamlining payroll and workforce management for businesses for over 60 years. We're looking for a proactive Client Consultant to join the Troy team to train, support, and maintain relationships with both new and existing payroll clients.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert customer consulting services, including issue resolution and process improvement.
Manage new client set-up and conversion activities.
Cross-sell company services to existing clients to enhance value and engagement.
Conduct on-site client consulting and/or training sessions.
Support tax filing department operations and ensure compliance with deadlines.
Perform accurate payroll data entry and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Handle prospect system calls and data entry for potential clients.
Create and administer program issue reports for internal tracking and resolution.
Serve as emergency switchboard backup when needed.
Train designated Doeren Mayhew Payroll System employees on processes and systems.
Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
Customer-focused mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
