Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes on an intermittent basis. This role operates under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), following physician orders and care plans in line with our Agency’s policies.
