The BCA Systems Engineering Integration Team (SEIT) seeks a Lead or Senior Business Analyst to operate out of Everett, Washington and lead or support multiple cross-functional initiatives across Boeing Commercial Airplanes. SEIT identifies high-impact process and tool improvements, secures stakeholder buy-in, and guides implementation to improve engineering quality and embed a learning culture across programs. This high-visibility role aligns directly with top-level program goals and provides opportunities to :

• Own one or more projects and drive business and integration decisions
• Work with global teams to co-create practical, scalable solutions for complex problems
• Tackle assignments beyond your current technical expertise and grow your capabilities
• Mentor and influence others while gaining exposure to program leadership

Position Responsibilities :

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
