Responsibilities of the Senior Director of FP&A :
Manage corporate financial planning activities, including management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, kpi reporting, etcResponsible for driving and monitoring financial performance, analyzing and interpreting operating results, investigating variances and unusual items; and evaluating their effect on operations.Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and yearly results to executive leadership and stakeholdersDrive the financial planning process for monthly forecast, annual budgeting, and five-year strategic planWork closely with the various business unitsCross functional contributionDriving standardization & process improvement across operating businesses in all aspects of planning and reporting, including best practice sharingProvide coaching & development to multiple direct reportsAssist with M&A due diligence and scenario modeling.Experience Preferred of the Senior Director of FP&A
12+ years of progressive finance / fp&a experienceServices industry experience preferred, not requiredMBA, CPA or CFA preferredStrong leadership experience$200,000-$230,000 + bonus
