Job Description

Title : Insurance Department, Customer Service Representative Associate

Salary : $19.50 - $23.50 / Hour (DOE)

Location : Irvine, CA

Hours : 8AM-5PM (office everyday)

Responsibilities and Duties】

Phone and e-mail customer service.

Document request, information gathering from providers, claim processing

Requirements】

Language

Japanese : Fluent with professional Japanese in speaking, reading and writing

English : Fluent with intermediate English in speaking, reading and writing

Computer Skills

Basic operation on Windows / Word& Excel, e-mail, internet web browsing

Type speed : 30 WPM

Work Experience

Over 1-3 years work experience preferred

Customer service experience NOT required
