The company was founded in Bethesda, MD in 2013, to bring fresh, made-from-scratch organic breads, pastries, sweets, and croissant items inspired by bakeries in France to the DMV area. We have expanded to eight retail locations, two commissaries, and a thriving wholesale business. We serve hundreds of coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and grocery stores with fresh products every day, 365 days a year.

We're looking for a hands-on Commissary Production Supervisor to lead and work alongside our team in our Germantown commissary bakery. This is not an office or purely operational role you'll be on the production floor shaping dough, supervising baking, and ensuring every product meets our high standards.
