Job description

Were supporting a growing preclinical Contract Research Organization (CRO) that provides high-quality in vivo and in vitro research services to pharmaceutical, biotech, and academic clients.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the life sciences space who thrives on building relationships, driving growth, and representing cutting-edge scientific services.

This is a full-time time onsite position with an expected salary range between 70 and 90k base plus 3% commission, uncapped.

What youll do :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build strong client relationships across pharma, biotech, and academia
  • Create and execute marketing strategies to expand brand awareness
  • Represent the company at conferences and networking events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support proposals and client solutions

What were looking for :

  • 2+ years in sales, business development, or marketing in life sciences (CRO, biotech, or pharma preferred)
  • Understanding of the preclinical drug development process
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
