As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a positive atmosphere, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This position is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Position Type : Part Time Pay Rate : $22.66 / Hour Job Schedule : Day Time Thur 05 : 30 AM - 06 : 00 PM Fri 05 : 30 AM - 06 : 00 PM What You'll Do : Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols. Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns as they arise. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents as required by site procedures. Assist in controlling access to the location and monitor entry and exit points as needed. What We're Looking For : Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements : At least one year of security-related experience is required. A valid Emergency Medical Technician certification is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
