We’re hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Tampa, FL with up to $20,000 in sign-on and up to $20,000 in relocation assistance .

What You'll Do :

  • Oversee ABA programming for children 18 months–8 years
  • Conduct assessments & create individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs
  • Provide caregiver training and occasional in-home / community sessions

    • What You’ll Need :

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master’s in ABA, education, psychology, or related field
  • Strong documentation and clinical supervision skills
  • Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs
