PT- Outpatient needed asapBachelors Degree from four-year accredited college or university in physical therapy, or degree in a related fieldEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : One to two years related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS : A valid California drivers license when travel is requiredLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS : Current BLS course completionLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS : Current California Physical Therapy license, or eligible for registrationLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS : Member of APTA preferredQUALIFICATIONS : Able to organize and monitor the work of others.QUALIFICATIONS : Able to relate effectively with patients, nurses, physicians and other hospital / home health staff in a courteous, professional mannerQUALIFICATIONS : Able to work independently with minimal supervisionQUALIFICATIONS : Analytical and diagnostic ability capable to interpreting patient physicians orders for physical therapy patients and developing an effective treatment plan as neededQUALIFICATIONS : Evidence of automobile insurance when travel is requiredQUALIFICATIONS : Relates well with other staff members and various other hospital personnel in a courteous professional manner at all timesQUALIFICATIONS : Utilizes good oral and written communication skills sufficient to meet the demands of the jobEQUIPMENT USED : Cell phoneEQUIPMENT USED : General office equipment, including computer, printer, calculator, copy machine and other office equipmentEQUIPMENT USED : Physical therapy equipment, such as hot packs, electrical stimulation, modalities, exercise equipment, weights, walking aides, whirlpools, wheelchairs, traction devices, and diathermy

Licenses : PT-CA

Certifications : BLS(Copy Needed)

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history

References : 1 Reference in entire work history

Bachelors Degree from four-year accredited college or university in physical therapy, or degree in a related field

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : One to two years related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

A valid California drivers license when travel is required
