Job description

Core Competencies:

  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices within an allotted time frame

  • Able to comprehend technical documentation, charts, and operating
  • Timely output to ensure continuity, quality, and safety is mandatory
  • Communication: ability to ask questions and listen to customers in order to find out the issue, explain the problem in a clear and understandable way, and give them options for repair or replacement.
  • Dexterity: Computer repair techs use their hands to manipulate objects within the computer.
  • Troubleshooting: Computer repair techs must be able to diagnose, repair and test computer problems as they arise.

Cellairis specializes in cell phone, tablet, and computer repairs plus, we are the leading device accessory sales company. We are a nationwide company with over 500 corporate and franchise owned locations. Due to one our newest business launches with the largest retailer in the world; Wal-Mart our growth and the demand for talented Computer Repair Technicians has catapulted.

Hiring Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience working within the repair industry; preferably "Apple Ecosystem"
  • Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients
  • Physical skill requirements Vision/hand-eye coordination to perform repairs Lift 25 Lbs.
  • Good vision/hand-eye coordination
  • Own reliable transportation/Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass background check/drug test
  • Professional appearance

Previous Work Experience:

  • Retail experience recommended but not required 2+ years in electronic repair location Proven ability to meet and exceed repair goals
