Job description

A company is looking for a User Experience (UX) Lead to drive user experience across healthcare technology products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UX initiatives to improve usability and user experience across the product portfolio

Collaborate with the CPTO to prioritize and implement UX enhancements for SaaS applications

Conduct user research and gather stakeholder feedback to inform design decisions

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of professional experience in UX design and user experience roles

Proficiency with UX tools such as Figma and Pendo

Experience working on SaaS-based applications

Strong skills in stakeholder management and user research methodologies

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
